GROUND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
All of our wonderful gift baskets and gift items are delivered to any destination in the continental U.S. at no additional charge. We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and/or USPS by Ground Shipping which usually takes 3 -5 business days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time). Please note that in order for us to maintain the freshest merchandise, we do not stock items locally but order everything fresh from the manufacturers at the time of your order. The only items we have in stock are our Signature Baskets.
If you need faster delivery, please contact us directly either via email or calling us at 412-773-1717 or 412-292-8889. Next Day and Second Day Air deliveries can usually be arranged at additional charge.
Orders for our Custom Signature Baskets received by noon EST (9 am PST) are usually shipped the same day. All other orders are placed with our suppliers immediately upon receipt and are expected to be shipped within a day or two. Again, allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. Expect delays around holidays and please plan accordingly. If you need delivery by a certain day/time, please call us to be sure we can accommodate you.
EXPRESS SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
Other shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping
day), UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & UPS Next Day Air
(arrives the following business day). Additional charges will apply for

WHERE WE SHIP OUR GIFT BASKETS:
We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within
the United States. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have
higher rates. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates please
contact us and we would be glad to help you.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas.
These destinations are too high risk, and we have experienced numerous
incidents where the packages were either damaged, lost, or returned to
us at great expense.
PERISHABLE ITEMS:
During the summer months, we provide ice packs in all chocolates &
perishable gifts, to ensure that our chocolates, fruits, and bakery
items arrive fresh. Unfortunately, due to the melting point of chocolates, only Next Day Air delivery is available on some items through September. The prices of these items are significantly higher due to this higher shipping rate, but will return to normal when the summer season is over. Although this is more costly, it is the only way to ensure that the gift will arrive fresh.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift
baskets, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always
substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme,
design, color, or quality of the gift.
ENCLOSURE CARDS:
An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the
message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the
company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.
PAYMENT:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Paypal payments are also available by request. Once the payment is received, your gift will be shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an
email notification with a tracking number to track your gift online. You
may also call UPS Toll Free at (800) 742-5877, or FEDEX Toll Free at (800) 463-3339.
CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed,
please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will
be glad to make any necessary changes.
However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery
company, we will need to contact either UPS or FED EX, and attempt to
reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $12.50
will be charged to your credit card for this service. This charge reflects our actual fees.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please
notify us immediately by calling and/or emailing us.
Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel and your gift will be delivered as ordered.
REFUNDS:
Please note that mistakes in shipping addresses which result in non-delivery or returned items are not refundable. Any shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the sender and cannot be reimbursed. So please be sure that your delivery information is correct! We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the
claims are placed within 15 days of the gift being received. However, actual shipping charges, which are included in the price of the items, are not refundable.
